Remote Consulting:
In an age where even smart phones have VPN capabilities, why pay for a consultant's travel expenses if you don't have to? Hire a Sintre consultant to connect into your environment and perform any requested tasks. Even better, Sintre remote consulting only requires a 2 day minimum engagement length, not a full week.
Onsite Consulting:
Sometimes more complex enviornments and tasks require hands on expertise. To satisify these needs, a Sintre consultant will travel to your location.
Cost Comparison:
Company A: Engagements require a 1 week minimum at $10,000. Industry standard for weekly traveling costs range up to $2,500.
Sintre Remote Consulting: Engagements require a 2 day minimum at $2,400. There are no traveling costs as all work is done remotely. If you need a full week, Sintre offers a $1,000 off discount making our 1 week rate only $6,000.
Sintre Onsite Consulting: Engagements require a 1 week minimum at $6,000. Industry standard for weekly traveling costs range up to $2,500.
2 day remote engagement: Sintre is $10,100 cheaper than Company A
1 week remote engagement: Sintre is $6,500 cheaper than Company A
1 week onsite engagement: Sintre is $4,000 cheaper than Company A
Engagement Walkthrough:
1) Sintre signs any required security and NDA at client's request.
2) Sintre and client company sign statement of work.
3) Client company provides completed consulting information form. This form provides VPN connection settings if remote consulting is used, any usernames and passwords needed, technical description of the issues or required tasks, server information, outage windows if required or needed.
4) Remote work starts as Sintre consultant connects to clients VPN and begins accomplishing the required tasks. If onsite consulting is used, a date will be scheduled for our consultant to travel to desired location.
5) After completion of tasks listed in the SOW, client is provided an engagement journal. This document contains both high level and technical explanations of the tasks performed. Also, if found, any recommendations to better the clients environment will be listed at the end of the document.
