Not every company has the need or budget to hire a subject matter expert when these challanges occur. These adhoc consulting fees can add up very quickly.

Sintre's Solution: Instead of spending an entire years salary, benefits and taxes on a dedicated employee, consider Sintre's Technical Account Engineer service. Sintre offers 3 different service offerings for our TAE.

Common to all Technical Account Engineer services:
1) A Red Hat certified professional is assigned to your account.
2) Sintre collects detailed information about your environment used for future troubleshooting.
3) An intital 10 hours of interviews with your support staff is included to learn more about the current environment and any ongoing challanges. These conversations act as a health check and help capture any information missed about the network.
4) Sintre can be contacted with any technical issues that arise. The call back SLA and actions taken vary based on the level of TAE support purchased.
5) A Technical Account Engineer is not a replacement for vendor security patching service and support and is ment to augment current support staff and vendor support.
6) Your dedicated engineer will act on your behalf when escalating any tickets to your hardware or software vendor.
7) Sintre TAE support is a 1 year subscription and is conveniently billed in 4 installment payments throughout the year.


Basic level TAE support:

Support Method: Email and phone
Hours: 60 hours a quarter are provided for support
Response SLA: Monday through Friday responses within 24 hours
Size of Environment: Infrastructures up to 50 approved systems
Scope of Support: Troubleshoot issues and design guidance with new system deployments.

Price: $25,000/year *covers entire environment


Engineer level TAE support:

Support Method: Email, phone and remote VPN connection
Hours: 100 hours a quarter are provided for support
Response SLA: Monday through Friday responses within 10 hours
Size of Environment: Infrastructures up to 250 approved systems
Scope of Support: Troubleshoot issues, design guidance with new system deployments and any remote consulting services offered by Sintre.

Price: $50,000/year *covers entire environment


Architect level TAE support:

Support Method: Email, phone and remote VPN connection
Hours: 160 hours a quarter are provided for support
Response SLA: Monday through Friday responses within 8 hours
Size of Environment: Infrastructures up to 500 approved systems
Scope of Support: Troubleshoot issues, design guidance with new system deployments and any remote consulting services offered by Sintre.

Price: $75,000/year *covers entire environment


Notes:
* With provided VPN access and an account, your dedicated TAE will log on to your environment to collect troubleshooting data, run needed tests, and ultimately help implement the problem's resolution.
* Sintre will never log on to any clients systems or make any changes without prior approval.
* Hours provided are your hours to use as you see fit and can be used for any of Sintre's remote consulting servers determined from the level of TAE support purchased. If in a quarter these hours are not used 50% of the remaining balance will be carried over to the next quarter.
